Shipping Policy

 

Orders on Shtelle.com are generally processed within 24 hours from receipt of payment and are shipped via express shipping services. We may ship your order from Italy or Germany: when the parcel is dispatched from our warehouses, you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment and if you provided a mobile phone when completing the order, the courier will automatically notify you of the various shipment statuses via SMS.

We currently ship pretty much anywhere around the world. Please note that we may not be able to ship to countries with government trade restrictions or sanctions, but in case of problems with the shipment, it will be our pleasure to contact you to find a solution.

All international (non EU) orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on local regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
