Return and Exchange Policy

 

If you're not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept your return within 15 calendar days after the delivery of your parcel.

Shtelleyarns.com offers two refund options: credit voucher or cash refund. In both cases Shtelleyarns.com will refund all payments relating to the returned order while you are responsible for handling the return shipping.

The procedure to return an order on Shtelleyarns.com is completely online and easy to follow.

Online returns procedure

1. Login to your account (no password required)
2. Open the page related to the order for which you want to make a return
3. Select ‘Request return’.
4. Choose the item(s) you wish to return and for each one indicate the reason for return
   Indicate in the notes any products with which you wish to exchange your item(s)

Once your request is sent, you'll receive a return confirmation email within 72 hours. If your request is approved you will receive an email containing the address to which the items to be returned should be sent and details regarding any exchange or refund.

To proceed you must have available:

• The original packaging, not worn and intact in all its parts
• The original invoice contained in the package
