Orders on Shtelle.com are generally processed within 24 hours from receipt of payment and are shipped via express shipping services that deliver the items in 3 to 5 working days after collection (Italy and Germany).

When the parcel is dispatched from our warehouses, you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment and if you provided a mobile phone when completing the order, the courier will automatically notify you of the various shipment statuses via SMS.

Yes, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the parcel's tracking number that you can open to discover the shipment status.
Please note that the courier may take up to 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.

You have 15 days from the delivery of your parcel to return an order on Shtelleyarns.com The procedure is completely online and easy to follow.
Shtelleyarns.com offers two refund options: credit voucher or cash refund. In both cases Shtelleyarns.com will refund all payments relating to the returned order while you are responsible for handling the return shipping.
Online returns procedure- Login to your account (no password required)
- Open the page related to the order for which you want to make a return
- Select ‘Request return’.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return and for each one indicate the reason for return
Indicate in the notes any products with which you wish to exchange your item(s)
Once your request is sent, you'll receive a return confirmation email within 72 hours. If your request is approved you will receive an email containing the address to which the items to be returned should be sent and details regarding any exchange or refund.
To proceed you must have available:
- The original packaging, not worn and intact in all its parts
- The original invoice contained in the package

Ready to ship products and Pre-order items can be returned within 15 calendar days after the delivery in the same condition that you received them: unworn with all tags and in their original packaging.
Please note that all gift cards are not refundable.

Please note that it may take up to 7 calendar days to receive the refund on the original payment method since we receive the package.
